This interesting article was posted couple hours ago. Actually, I have similar experience. Few weeks ago, i called to charter for canceling my cable internet service due to charming Verizon Fios. At that time, i spent 10~20 mins listening voice which came from robot again and again. Fortunately, somebody picked up the phone and said "what can i do for you today?" Thanks God, finally, someone knew i had been waiting long. However, she still asked me that "do you want to continue your internet if we give you $10 discount?" or "can you tell me why you wanna cancel our service?"
